Workout day 10



Man I was tired today. Super sleepy. Luckily I managed to get up on time and out to the gym. Heavy upper body workout was on today's agenda.



Short walk through of workout:

  • Bent over rows
  • Weighted pull ups
  • Rack chins
  • Incline dumbbell presses
  • Flat dumbbell presses
  • Standing dumbbell presses
  • Hammer curls 
  • Triceps extension
  • Biceps curl cable
  • Triceps extension cable

I felt the pump real good today, and did some obligatory posing afterwards.


It's day 10 now of the diet, and it seems to be working fairly well. Weighing in a couple of days. :-)
