Moving for my brother Daniel + Workout at Elixia Colosseum

Today I got to help my brother move. Again. Lucky me gets invited to every moving known to man. Fortunately we got some help from our good friend Erik.

Erik's brother went to the Olympics in Sochi and brought back this awesome sweater. Pretty much the most hideous thing I have ever seen. Erik that is. :-P

As you can see, Erik pretty much has one expression no matter the circumstance.

For once I was at a moving with a decent truck. One trip was enough! Sweet!

Daniel's friend Sarosh also experienced that the Nissan Leaf is NOT an offroader! He got stock in the mud big time and had to get pulled out.

Fortunately we had some rope, and Erik has and Audi A3 Quattro, so we got him up with no hiccups at all.

It's tough to find as good helpers as Matheo; supervising in the chair eating chips!

You can't get more badass than Matheo rockin' the Gene Simmons battle axe guitar.

Even though we weren't that many, the whole moving went fairly quickly. Since we had to meet up early, I didn't have enough time to go to the gym. But it didn't really matter, because moving a whole bunch of stuff makes you really tired. Legs and forearms are what gets the most out of a moving, and if you make an effort lift correctly you do the equivalent of a decent workout.

Last night I got to do some heavy lifting at Elixia Colosseum.

The please was really crowded, and unfortunately Nils-Fredrik and Jakob couldn't make it, so no workout pics. Just the regular douchebag posing pics. :-p On the way out of the gym I bumped into Magnus Carlsen, the world's best chess player, who was on his way in.

I walked around without a shirt at home a couple of days ago, and Matheo commented: "Dad, you have really big boobs!" Judging from the picture above, I'm guessing he is right.

No more excuses! Push push push!
