Picture update: Only a few more days until July now!


Summer is getting here, and I'm really loving it! This year my summer shape is better than ever. I have had the chance to increase the number of workouts per week, as well as paying a bit more attention to what I eat.

Is my summer shape really important in the long run? No, it's not, but I have shown to myself that I can focus on something and achieve the goals that I set. That is important!
