Summer Is Here! Posing And Comparison Time!


It's now time for the great picture comparison update. It's been 165 days since I started with my "Beach 2014" project. I've been good at following my routine. It's been on average 4 to 5 days at the gym per week, plus 1 day a week at Krav Maga practice.

As for my diet, I have not followed a strict plan, I've only been strict on cakes, candy and chocolate. There's been a little bit of candy/cake once a week. I might follow a diet plan next year, but we'll see, I haven't decided yet.

And now for the pictures. As you can see, the difference is by no chance huge, but there are some positive changes. I'm about 5 kg lighter now than when I startet (from 86kg to 81kg).
