Back Workout with Nils Fredrik

Some days are more terrible than others. Doing 5x5 on deadlifts the day after straight deadlifts is one way to make a day terrible.

This day I noticed that I had pushed myself a bit hard the day before, but I still managed to put in a few decent sets. Ended up doing 5x135kg 5x135kg 5x135kg 5x145kg 5x145kg. Fairly ok. Expecting it to get better next week. Nils was up in 170kg....!

After that we did some weighted pull-ups (chin-ups) to stretch the back a bit.

Then onto the Hammer Strength row machine and the Hammer Strength pull down.

I'm feeling good about the deadlifts. I'm pretty sure I can increase quite a bit the next few weeks. My current personal record is 155kg. Better beat it!

No more excuses! Push push push!
